Craig L. Niebuhr
After having been a co-owner in successfully building another agency, Craig with one employee started CN Insurance Associates, Inc. in 1985. Currently the agency has grown to six employees and five full time agents. Because of his belief in what insurance products provide for families, he has enjoyed his many years and experience in this industry. Craig always says, “One of the greatest benefits of this profession has been the many friendship that I have made over the years.
Craig has over forty years of experience in the insurance industry. He obtained a designation of Charter Life Underwriter from the American College of Life Underwriters in 1975. Letter he obtained a Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the same college. Craig was the President of the Utah Chapter of the Society of Financial Professionals from 1980-1981.
Craig is married to his sweetheart Annette and they have been married for over 40 years. They are the parents of 4 children and 11 grandchildren which brings them great happiness and joy. Craig loves to travel and has had many opportunities to travel the world with his wife.

Jason C. Niebuhr
Wanting to follow his father’s footsteps, Jason joined CN Insurance Associates in June of 2002. His love for working with many different types of people and solving their insurance needs and problems became a natural fit for him. Jason appreciated all the different kinds of insurance and educated himself to be able to offer those products to his clientele. Some which include: Auto, Home, Commercial/Business, Health, and Life Insurance.
Jason graduated from Murray High before attending college at Southern Utah University. From 2000 to 2002 he was fortunate to serve a Mission for his church in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. It was there he developed a greater love of people and learned fluent German. It was that same love where he knew he wanted a career that would let him work with many different people from all walks of life. Through the years in this business that has proven true for him and he absolutely loves this job.
Jason is married to his beautiful wife Dalphna. They are proud parents of three children, two girls and a boy. He loves sports, especially the Utah Jazz and the Green Bay Packers. He loves to spend time with his family. They enjoy the great outdoors, swimming, and vacationing (Lake Powell being one of the favorite destinations). Of course his true love and heart lies with Europe, hoping to return as often as possible.

J. Damon Rockhill
Damon joined CN Insurance in 1997 where he sells all types of insurance, specializing in personal lines and life insurance. Damon takes pride in informing and educating clients about carriers and their coverages. Damon enjoys coming up with solutions to unique situations and being able to get the coverage people need.
Damon is married to Melissa and they have 4 children, a son and 3 daughters. He is an avid golfer and follows all sports, namely: The New York Mets, San Francisco 49ers, New York Islanders and BYU Cougars. He named his son after a baseball stadium, you’ll have to ask him about that. He is proud that his son followed his path and works with him in the agency. He also loves spending time with his daughters doing daddy daughter activities.

Ken R. Packer
Ken joined CN Insurance Associates in January of 1990. At that time, Ken moved his book of business to this agency which included Auto, Home, Commercial, Life and Health. Ken has been selling insurance since 1979.
Ken started selling insurance with Farmers Insurance Group. Ken left them in 1985 to become part of the independent insurance force. This gives him a broader opportunity to serve his clients with a larger selection of companies and better fees and coverage’s to select from. Ken loves the opportunity to help and protect his clients interests.
On the personal side: Ken is a professional square dancer. Having the opportunity to call outside the US and in most of the western states. Ken and his wife Judy enjoy cycling for exercise. They also enjoy traveling on and riding motorcycles. Ken and Judy have 8 children and 14 grandchildren.

David M. Winkelman
An experienced insurance agent, David joined CN Insurance in 2004. He has been working in the industry for over 20 years. David serves both in personal and commercial lines insurance. He enjoys working with Business owners, Individuals, and Families.
Besides being a licensed insurance producer, he also has received degrees in Accounting and Business Management. With his education and years in the insurance industry he is able to help and guide Business Owners, Individuals, and Families with all aspects of their insurance needs. David enjoys providing solutions as life changes for his clients.
David and his wife are parents to 5 children. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family through many activities. In his spare time he loves coaching baseball, football, basketball, and soccer. His favorite past time is going to Disneyland and the beach with his family. He also has a huge passion love for eating all types of chocolate.

Lloyd N. Jones
Lloyd N Jones more than 30 years of experience in insurance, risk management and financial planning. Following 27 years of a successful career owning his own State Farm Insurance agency, Lloyd decided he could better serve his client’s needs by becoming an independent agent. After leaving State Farm he looked for an agency that could provide his clients a full range of service in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life and Health Insurance. In 2006 he found that the best overall agency that provided a full range of products and services was CN Insurance Associates Inc. Lloyd brings experience and is licensed in personal, commercial, individual health, group health, and life insurance. Lloyd believes that by being independent he is not held captive by any one company and is free to truly work for his clients focusing on their needs verses that of a captive company.
Lloyd earned his Bachelor’s of Science in marketing from the University of Utah. He has his LUTCF designation from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He served on the Valley Association of Life Underwriters for ten years. He qualified for many company and industry awards including 8 times company career agent club, 4 times for Legion of Honor, 10 times Life Merit Award, and 15 times on the company life insurance traveling leaders club. He has 5 children and 13 grand children. He loves sports especially tennis and skiing.

Joe H. Moss
Joe joined CN Insurance Associates in January of 2018 and has enjoyed growing as an agent and helping all of his clients with their insurance needs including Auto, Home, Business, and Life. He takes pride in guiding clients through the insurance process and helping them to achieve peace of mind along the way.
Joe has been married to his amazing wife Leslie since 2005 and they have four children (two girls and two boys). He greatly enjoys watching college football, and loves traveling to new and fun destinations around the world. Joe enjoys looking for opportunities to give back through serving in the community and helping those in need.

D. Shea Rockhill
Shea joined CN Insurance in 2019. He is excited to be the third generation of insurance professionals in his family and to help carry on the family business.
His hobbies include playing golf, skiing, and traveling with his family and friends. He likes to go hiking and enjoys watching sporting events. Shea served a religious mission in Boston, Massachusetts. That is where he developed a love for people. There he learned that he loved meeting new people and helping people in different aspects of life – just as he wants to meet and help people in the insurance industry.

Vickie Oviatt
Vickie has enjoyed working with CN Insurance since 1986, specializing in commercial lines customer service.
Vickie has been married to her “best” buddy for nearly 50 years. They have 5 children and 15 grandkids (the best!!!). They love to travel, go camping, and ride back country trails in their RZR.

Lynette Richins
Lynette Richins joined the CN Insurance family, September of 2006. She was recruited by CN Insurance for her vast understanding of the insurance business. She has been in the Insurance industry since 1983. Lynette is a Customer Support Representative (CSR)/Agent who specializes in Personal Lines. Lynette is a proud graduate of Murray High School. She started in the insurance industry right out of high school. She has worked in claims for Farm Bureau insurance, for several independent insurance agencies, and 17 years at State Farm Insurance. Lynette enjoys taking care of client’s needs and being able to provide excellent customer service.
Lynette and her husband Lee are proud parents of Kevin, Natalie and Kyle. She enjoys scrapbooking, reading, horse back riding, and vacationing with her family. Mostly she enjoys her six grandchildren and spending as much time as she can with them.

Gennie Fuller
Gennie Is one of the newest members to join The CN Insurance Family. She started in July 2021 after being a longtime client. Gennie has an extensive background in customer service that she acquired while working in property management and later in the medical field. Gennie has brought with her an enthusiasm for helping clients find the best solution for their needs.
Gennie and her husband have been married since 2002. They have two sons, who love to pick on their mom. When Gennie isn’t working hard for her clients she loves spending time with her family. She is the first to want to try something new, especially if it involves Mexican food. Gennie enjoys traveling, baking, crafting, being in the mountains or on a softball field. She is always looking for another adventure whether it’s a trip to a new place she’s never been, jumping off the stratosphere tower, to a day with her family and friends.
